  1. The best thing Biden did for the economy was appoint Chair Gensler. We need less lawyers and more technologist who understand process (digital architecture), need for transparency, and an understanding of time (pertaining to transactional execution) - since those are the main risks driving the current manipualation found in digitial markets. The markets are vastly over complicated with ~40 exchanges living off the grid in the dark; even the lit exchanges over architected - creating opportunities for price/order flow manipulation.
