  1. Sounds like failed and criminal funds are advertising to the world (Fed) that their swaps are on the wrong side of the falling 2 year. Meaning if rate cuts occur to fast they will get blown up. This is why oligarchies are inferior to free market capitalist societies, this is why central planning doesn't work.
