  1. Liquidity crunch is coming; QE is deflationary, literally sucking pristine collateral from the real economy used to support lending. Between pressure on cost of production and increases in cost of labor - profit margins will be crunched, combine that with interest rates near two and you will see an increase in bankrupticies and insolvencies, along with layoffs. Nice to see folks like Neel failing upwards through life....
