  1. At a certain point - why do we need the Fed, DTCC, SEC, or NSCC? They arent central banks, they are failed governance bodies owned by the member banks that they actual serve - they create risk/moral hazard, not mitigate it - their corruption is unmatched, something out of the countries first gilded age.
