  1. For the uneducated or uninitiated - Fed Fund rate chases the 2 yr rate - meaning interest rates in America are way behind where they need to be. And JPMadoff may be in trouble, just saying. Current margin is not underpinned by collateral - but rather by rehypothethicated (securty lending fraud) capital. If Jamie is complaining about the Fed wanting him to buy toxic MBS's that they bag hold - I understand support his gripes, if he is bitching about buying long t-bonds that is really, really bad.
