  1. Apple has refunded me in the past when I have complained; however reactive controls are much different than in-line preventative controls. I would love for tech to feel our pain - I am all for regualtion (OCC, CFPB, etc..) of big tech. For all the hate banking gets; we have a heavy and risk / control footprint to actively prevent client and consumer harm - tech should as well.
