Corporate tax rate hikes wont work; and will be blamed when the economy crunches in Q2 / Q3 this year - even though this will have zero effect with the upcoming liquidity crunch. Root cause will be: hedge fund margin calls / insolvency, cmbs bomb - if its allowed to go off, and profit margins of wholesale firms getting wiped out due to increaed costs of productivity - all set in motion by a decade plus of QE (MMT).

@ethanstump the more central planning from socialist or oligarchs occurs the more the free market dies a slow and painful death. The enemy of capitalism has always been the current winners (corporate class who fear innovation) and the socialist jacobin masses who are both entitled (usually white folk) and intellectually unable to compete in a free market.
