  1. Bro there wont be any boom...lol. The last decade plus of monetary policy was trying to hide massive deflationary pressures. As QE ends (TGA funds for stimmie package does not require new debt issuance) there will be transitory inflation - spike in Repo rates - then a massive liquidity crunch. Current inflation is monetary inflation - same that has plagued Japan for over 2 decades - which is the main driver for wage stagantion and the weatlh gap. You are correct this decade with cause massive segementation between those who have and can afford assets and those who cannot. It will get worse and worse until it breaks; or we unite for WW3, inshallah.
