  1. Why wouldnt you just slash corporate taxes; raise minimum wage to 15 and increase payroll taxes that those corporations pay? The ideologies on both sides are comically inept. If you set the payroll tax rate that covers the cost of the program you no longer need the 2.6 trillion dollar trust fund - which you could use to pay for infrastructure program. And why waste money on pre-k funding? Why not just give every family 300 a week for all children under 6; a pro family expansion of the safety net?
