Two tactical issues for Ukraine: 1) failure to use dismounted in support of armor, 2) inability to execute counterfire (especially himars) to take out enemy fires as their maneuver forces enter unknown TRP's. Western training provided by western Europeans has been trash. NATO literally is US with minor roles for the French and UK - Germans look pathetic and the Poles look unsure (as those border skirmishes need snipers, drones, operators - supported by QRF and fires, not mobilization). In fact I would stage mobilized elements on doorstep of Kalingrad, not Belarus. Also if they were smart - cross border raids into Belarus, targeted assassination's (shaping ops), targeting petro/ammo depots. Prep for tomorrow, not today - but once again US has no peers, only commitments that often make us reactionary.
