Pull them forward into canalized terrain (away from LOCs and LOGPACs and hit them with fires. losses are almost 3 to 1 (MoD), if you count LPR, DPR, Wagner, tik tok warriors closer to 6 or 7 to 1. The town leads to an MSR you need to Slovyansky (which is strategic) - Russia could have secured ASR's that intersect but choose this meat grinder. We were wrong in regards to Ukraine's ability to hold off human waves and Wagner - to not get their ASR cut off. If that ASR was cutoff Russians would have encircled. And due to this effort, Russia spent their conscripts on a worthless cause. And the best part is - Russia is offsides as they will be unable to shift assets south when Ukraine's offensive kicks off. In barney terms - Ukraine took the most high risk, high reward course of action and it has paid off this far.
