  1. Dipshits - if the Patriot system was NMC - why cant Russia hit Kyiv? The problem was user error - it has been resoled, it only impacted one cannister. BTW - we all send the bottom shelf over. The best thing Ukraine has is access to systemic targeting network and Lockheed's PAC3 (which can intercept anything in the sky - 95% kill rate, self directing kinetic projectile).
