  1. There is no where to put the goods off shore that is the crunch - deflation; literally mills are being closed to keep lumber prices inflated. It is crazy to hear folks ramble about inflation when a depression is on our horizon; 1928-29 all over again.

  2. Spot on analysis - why are you still in California? Looking back - this upcoming depression will look like an inverse migration of folks from the depression of the 1930's. I also think WW3 is coming up quick - and honestly it will last weeks not months as China's PLA makes the Russians look like pious ninjas. US military has no peer and most Ukraine aid goes to net new vics and munition we transfer off our property books to Ukraine. Fun fact the DC think tanks are working over drive to prevent war with China (same folks who lied about Russian capabilities). Why? - the folks who fund the think tanks have insane collateral exposure in China (they had some in Russia as well, but China mark down would be catastrophic).
