Ask yourself why has DOJ never forced BLK VTI and SST (and subsidiaries) to divest from ownership (board seats) of multiple firms in the same market sector; by enforcing Section 8 of the Clayton Anti Trust Act. That act sought to break institutional asset holder monopolies - type of firms who ruined free market capitalism. In simplest terms the US is an oligarch, and those over oligarchs in one generation have evolved into globalist - think East India Trading Company.
