I have been waiting for Elon to wake up and ask the folks behind him (mostly paypal mafia folk) who did you have me appoint as CEO? He isnt controlled - just easily manipulated by friends who are insanely loyal to him - but he is their golden goose. Ackman, Sacks, Griffin, etc - some folks from MS as well. Many of the folks who got bailed out when Silicon Valley Bank was bailed out - read Elon's comments when that happened, he was very pro bailout for a reason (not to protect his cash but to protect his peoples cash). Also now that Ron has collapsed dont be shocked if Musk and team rally behind Gavin, as they own him (folks behind Musk).
