  1. It is worse than what you report and has been for months. Massive monetary deflation (cost of debt combined defaults on existing debt - both consumer and wholesale) has caused companies to reduce production (layoffs, arson, sending prod offshore, etc). Price increases are not monetary inflation, in Barney terms is producing less and charging more (deflation/depression, not inflation/recession). Regardless - no bailouts!
