  1. Who are they making this shit for? Literally my wife watches MCU with me - to humor me. She has no desire to watch if not in a family setting - she saw the trailer and just went why and I hope you dont want to watch that. She was a bigger fan of LOTR and Star Wars, but after the recent content (outside of the first season of the Mandalorian) neither of us want to watch it, even out of habit or misplaced hope. And she actually worked for years in the industry and most of what you say is correct, literally lazy and incompetent people are making this a cultural thing to save their jobs.
