Bro you dont get it - the Board is the CEO and vice versa. Secondly, the largest share holders are the board, its a circle - like they are 'circling the wagons'. And what most still dont grasp - the CFO's are very beholden to their banker and their large holders. What is happening now (boycotts/civil disobedience) is amazing and partially why the industry wants to tokenize everything and move to social scoring, etc - its us vs them and we are winning, which they dont like. Are only weakspot: the elected politicians who are the other sides meat puppets.
