Appoint Lex as CEO and let him run the Product - just like TSLA, Space X, etc - while he is CEO in title of multiple companies, he usually has a right hand man who runs the business while he is product focused. Like Space X has a woman (Gwynne) who is COO and President - Elon and the rest of the engineers focus on product.
