  1. He is going to buy TWTR just at a much, much lower price - it wont go to trial. And the SEC is a criminal cartel that skims off of criminal economic actors: Ken Griffin, Steve Cohen, Soros, Yass, etc. that way they avoid DOJ investigations - that is all the SEC does, its a protection racket.
