  1. SEC is garbage they exist to protect criminal actors in my industry from DOJ. Most Americans have no clue how badly rigged and broken the financial economy or how close we are to collapse. Hell 99% of Americans dont even understand where money comes from in our system or realize the Fed and DTCC are owned by the major banks and their clients. Most of your heads would explode if I told you that US debt is pristine collateral and their wasnt enough of it on the open market to justify the insane amount of margin, default swaps (insurance products), revolvers, lines of credit, etc. that are about to blow up the economy. Or that the largest owners of US debt is the US government itself, followed by the Fed and a far third is Japan.
