What a whack job - recruiting especially is full of these types of people; there was a guy in charge of MBA recruiting at UT McCombs - Joe Stephenson - creepy as you could imagine, spent his time scamming on at risk / messed up female applicants. Hated all the military applicants, just a weird creepy guy that found himself into a position where he could decide the fate of applicants and did dirty shit. He was a big part of the reason I chose UNC over UT.
