Correct - love your content, I would hope most people realize that lines of credit and margin are not money (money meaning collateral, as a dollar is just a baby bond time now) - and once all that margin / credit evaporates production grinds to a halt and bond defaults explode. I'm looking at the repo rate as the canary in the coal mine. Also remember the defaults were 'selective default' like greece in 2012; super shady, and CDS insurance only kicks in post ISDA committee (i believe the Credit Derivatives Determinations Committee).
