  3. I had a recruiter over 2 decades ago - he worked at Area 51 (TDY orders). He was at the end of his run career E7 - former chemo. He said in the 90's as an E6 he received TDY orders to an air force base that was near Las Vegas. He was stoked because thought he could hand out in Vegas on the weekends. Long story short he realized he wasnt getting a rental and would be picked up upon arrival, and he didnt end up going to the air force base ivo Las Vegas, but instead went to Area 51. He did say the badging process was a chore, and that he met other NCO's also chemo's in a briefing room post badging / check in. They were all on TDY and received a briefing related to a myriad of chemicals and bio agents that required disposal and/or storing. He said (I am not a chemo I was a combat engineer who later branched 35D and then later 90A - 3 tours, last rank was O4) that everything they did was highly illegal concerning disposal of the chemicals and agents. And that is why he thought Area 51 was off the books - a combination of illegal dumping / storage & testing of new air frames / tech.

Even the way he describes the BRICS - he doesn’t get the game, he is lost. BRICS are a fixed income vehicle created by Goldman. Yes BRICS baskets need to expand to offset risk as the original nations have little or no room to grow (attract western capital).

If the top US oligarchs were targeted and removed (Griffin, Fink, Soros, Gates, ETC) for a moment much of the corruption would go radio silent, a chance for real change. Look at any of the coups in say circa 1950’s and onwards that the agency ran - it was all money, with the lynch pin being global law firms like Sullivan & Cromwell, linking their corp client, corrupt politicians, with agency capabilities (nothing has changed). It’s pathetic and comically predictable.

Burisma was a vehicle to bribe Biden’s post Russian invasion of eastern Ukraine (Crimea, Luhansk, Donbas) via Cyprus DDA. Money was funneled from Kremlin to Pro Kremlin Ukraine oligarch. Invasion was Q1 ‘14 and payout was Q2. That is largely why administration did nothing post little green men and DPR, LPR activities. I do believe much of what he said about agency working around administration to push the pace concerning gas to western EU. But he doesn’t bring up iniital bribe or who paid it.

Whether it’s just generational money laundering (going back to coup in 63 that grew organically) or actual ‘aliens’ - I have no clue, but the fraud and laundering is very real. USAID is the tip, DoD is the shaft that is who has been f*cking us for decades.

I would love for the CIA to de-evolve back into OSS, place analyst ivy league kids into State and let the adults in SAC run the show (make it as lean as possible).

  29. At 13:30 - this is what one my friends (master of the universe type, also former officer) said as well. The modern US oligarchs suffered an existential crisis decade plus ago that caused alot of moral hazard (think Francis Fukuyama on steroids and coke). Alot of the madness you see today is their attempt to normalize bad habit they formed and ensure their survivability as their moral hazard has crushed them (again, bailouts on deck).
