I understand the closeness of State and CIA - I understand the bloat and horrific bureaucratic careerist who are a cancer. What i dont understand - why isnt a man like Oz running the show? I would love for the CIA to de-evolve back into OSS, place analyst ivy league kids into State and let the adults in SAC run the show (make it as lean as possible).
