  1. Correct - and that is why the PLA is not an effective fighting force; they cant move without being told to move, its a very centralized society - driven by fear of making the one above you look weak.

  2.  @jellyd4889  100 - that is why I want WW3 as soon as possible, the faster we confront this the better. It would be quick - like 30 to 90 days and the PLA's offensive capabilities would be largely neutralized - combine that with recognizing Taiwan's independence.
