Its been a solid season - but this was the worst written episode imo; the characters were all over the place and seemed to do mental gymnastics to arrive at rather linear conclusions. I did like the look at the lower class folk - the one aspect of the King's pushback to his selfish family should have also included 'what happens to the people if you go to war'? This is something that can pay dividends in later seasons as the masses will most likely turn on both sides to varying degrees.
