  1. I think they forgot another zero there....but this is wonderful step in the right direction. Next stop - elimination of naked shorting (please checkout the securities recently added as of Friday to the NYSE threshold securities list) and elimination of payment for order flow. Maybe reducing the number of dark pool platforms - and ensuring retail has access to those platforms and data feeds / reporting. I would also love to see elimination of dark pool's leveraging short ladder attacks - where orders are spoofed or trades occur between a two to three players via high freq algo's to manipualte and lower a securities price. Kudos to the SEC and Chair Gensler - as a citizen I appreciate their attempt to restore the free market.
