  1. Its the progressives - the shitty is a shithole and we (royal we in finance) want out and quickly. For our employees it has become unlivable. Same with most west coast cities. Also have friends NYARNG who are on the job - most crime is no longer even recorded or reported (its nuts). Most are just in it to ride out their pensions, next generation behind them is beyond corrupt under the guise of wokeness - just like city hall. But its not the 1970's its more akin to some horrid mix of great depression meets gangs of ny (tammany hall).
