  1. ECB is beyond a corrupt joke - league of nations with a checkbook - its not just the military side of the equation. Checkout the eurodollar market, Italian paper, German paper, etc collateral collapse is a real thing. Folks call it liquidity crisis - but that is just the boil related to the disease (fugazzi or decaying collateral that underpins liquidity is root cause). ECB was nothing more then a physical and economic buffer for Germany & France - but both barriers are now breaking.
