  3. 500MM would be a massive haircut, like your not selling at that point your just trying to prevent your creditors from ending you. And you use MM not M as MM is short hand for a thousand, thousands. (as M is a roman numerial - cmon bro get your MBA on lol). The real value of property is as collateral is support of line of credit, your wholesale banker has a complex credit risk model (jpm used obligor scoring when i was there) - meaning the lender co-signs off on evaluation plugging values into model.   4. no i dont - who did he assault, what riot did he start, and over 80% of cases have been dismissed. and the only ones that get passed indictment phases are just odd - like 3rd world banana republic stuff. And for context I have always voted democrat, had actual run ins back when i lived in nyc with both his idiot sons (one of them is Hunter Biden esque in behavior, his wife was actually and still is - a good person) and I know his bad rep as a developer from actual architect friends (boutique firms). I have a decade plus in wholesale banking, field grade army officer, 3 graduate degrees. And yeah after the debacle that has been the last 3 years, normalization of mental illness by the wok folk, destruction of education and our major cities, decimation of our borders - for the first time in my life i am voting GOP and voting for Trump. 99% of Americans - outside of folks in credit risk - have no clue as to the depression at our doorstep.  @ISirSmoke
