Thank you for pointing out that child abuse is actually higher in Protestant churches. It's somehow impressive how people stick to it while studying actual Catholic history or knowing what even just the term means in the first place. You're a highly educated person

Thank you for sharing that. It is widely known that the Italian population has largely remained unchanged since pre-Roman times, with fair hair and light eyes being commonly found among natives with only a small contribution from later invasions. Unfortunately, many people, especially from the US, have been influenced by self-referential racial stereotypes and inadequate education or parenting, leading them to erroneously believe that Italians are invariably dark. This misconception is consistently perpetuated in various pseudo-historical reconstructions throughout all the media from generations. I appreciate your inclusion of primary and original Roman sources that openly refer to the blondness among Italic and Latin individuals, as well as highlighting the difference between proper education and amateurism.

Priceless. For nationalists and socialists who have not gone beyond the first half hour for offended feelings, this is one of the most complete and pertinent debunkments of a poorly written communist professors' essay that Schwerpunkt corrects at every single step with theological, mythological, artistic, literary, archaeological, political, military, social etc . evidence. Just for the lazy who do not understand, if you do not listen to the whole video it is useless for you to even start listening: this is what Schwerpunkt is used to in a university class

I've never seen so much high quality content
14
And of course Schwerpunkt makes the most complete YouTube video on the kingdom of Essex. Thanks chap!
12
This is the only channel treating in actual detail and competently history at an academic level. All the rest is nothing
12
This channel is on a level of culture and education that is simply beyond any other form of historical communication I have ever seen
12
Your channel is Europe at her best I see
11
Thank you for this. Do you have by chance anything on Siena?
11
This channel is the embodiment of the highest European culture. If only most people had the education to understand the quality of a video like this we would live in a much better world
11
You're a highly cultured person
9
It is astonishing that Italy maintained its position as the center of Europe throughout the Middle Ages, yet modern historiography has chosen to overlook this fact intentionally
9
For anyone who stumbled accidentally on this channel: this kid is a Ph.D. in Medieval history who has uploaded over 1,000 videos of thoroughly researched, insightful and mind-opening mostly about the universal religious-military cult of pre-modern/secular societies. Help him grow because this content is going to break the mold
9
This channel is pure culture
8
Let's mobilize en masse to share the content

Brilliant
7
Why did no one teach me such things in school?
7
I've never seen more beautiful pictures
7
Deeply impacting. European history at its prime
7
You are the only serious, intelligent, and critically historical channel remaining on the platform. The average person doesn't even grasp the foundational concepts of the history you elucidate
6
The most solid military historical expertise on youtube
6
The world should learn a lot about the Italic peoples. Not knowing about them means to be culturally ignorant
6
Very informative
6
This channel has the top military historical expertise on youtube hands down
6
Great video
6
This video goes perfectly together with your recent analyses about Hugh of Provence and Ottonian Italy. I've never listened to a more competent content about 10th century Europe
6
Your Christian history videos are the finest
6
Solid ecclesiastic history
5
Thanks Rome
5
Precious 3rd century history content
5
True European history. No other way to describe it
5
Finally an actually historically researched content and not the usual 10 minutes video with animated boxes crashing into each other
5
I love how when it gets to Northern European regional history it's just landscapes :D The more I get into Medieval history and the more I realized how disproportionately overly-represented the North is in pop culture in relation to civilization accomplishment
5
Fantastic
5
Finally!
5
The best channel explaining the cultural inferiority of Communism and the countries that allowed it to happen
5
No channel better than this
5
What I love most about this channel is that it is literally infinite. It is practically impossible for a person to finish listening to everything, studying it, understanding it thoroughly. Sometimes I listen to the videos a couple of times and there's a lot of things that I didn't notice at the beginning and I understand how they relate to topics you've already covered and how it all fits together. An extraordinary job
5
This channel is the military historical finest
5
Christian history videos are the best
4
Schwerpunkt has a Celtic warfare playlist I'm sure
4
Excellent content. Only for the absolute elite
4
You don't learn much about these topics from school. Your videos on early medieval Germany cleared a fog about the German political mechanisms that I had never known before. Thanks for this concrete and precious work
4
The role of the laboratores in Tradition is underrated, I'm glad you're covering it.
4
Thank you. Browsing your playlists is an endless discovery
4
I like how you highlight the possibility of failure for each beach, as well as the underrated relevance of Sword. Beautiful photo collection by the way
4
Your expertise is utterly insane
4
Stern but fair. The human factor is dominated by extremely unstable variables which, especially in the case of war, come from dimensions that are almost entirely beyond technical data and pertain to the collective sphere. This is not fully understood in the context of historical "reconstructions", especially at the level of mass disclosure. In short, a duel is not an engineering thing
4
The world outside the West is pure obscurity. Thank you for pointing it out. I'm very impressed when I realize that a person outside of it can barely talk or stick to any standard
4
Legendary channel
