  3.  @AvantGardeCuration2299  I mean look, I've been a history nerd since 2nd grade but unless you're for example, needing a base for an entry into Law School, your future job prosperities with a history degree is going to be asking if your customer would like some fries to go along with their order. Doesn't help that most professors (including the one I have now as part of my curriculum) are heavily biased towards one viewpoint and will just want you to parrot their own interpretations rather than allowing you to give your own takeaways

  4. Guessing you're Dominican from the last sentence. I'm on the same boat as well as I also live right by NYC (wouldn't be surprised if we happened to live in the same city given I live in a Hispanic majority city) but yeah I've also generally grown more right leaning over the past few years and I can generally share the same sentiments with the only difference being that I'm Peruvian. I too wouldn't prefer to be drafted to fight for a cause I ultimately don't care for as I'm probably just going back to my home country from the very low chances war does break out. But yeah surprisingly NJ isn't as blue as many think it is.
