 @LilyGazou Japan actually did this with Peruvian and Brasilian people of Japanese descent beginning in the 1990s. Not sure why this offer wasn't extended to Canadians or Americans

@ymca4547 I mean people can often lie about their homelands to make it look better as for example, I remember having a conversation with a Serbian who flat out refused to acknowledge a similar phenomenon of youth leaving for other countries.

@jameswilliams3304 I mean even in regards to that, let's use Japan as a standard. It'll typically look very trashy in the early mornings of somewhere like Shinjuku for example.
