  6.  @Jean-vp1yr  I'll give credit, Spain did introduce some nice things including Universities, housing, Roads, Hospitals, Catholicism and a unified language. Regardless, I'd be lying if I said there wasn't a lot left to be desired outside of Lima for example. Then again, I suppose it could be worse like what's happening in the Central African Republic.
