  4.  @brianbadonde8700  Maybe in the West but my country of Perú has already been multiracial and multiethnic upon independence and unlike the US, wasn't home to eugenicists or groups like the KKK that emphasized racial differences so everyone is just seen as Peruvian here. Maybe you can make a case for the Chinese immigrants being mistreated here or the mass Venezuelan immigration that has been unpopular but that's a different story.

Last time I checked, I didn't see Italians being massacred in Uruguay in 1891 unlike what happened in New Orleans. Sure, other countries had ethnic problems as well but America is a glaring case of this.
