No. Ignoring the fact that it's a generally unreliable strategy of raising your kids, they'll eventually just resort to deleting their search history or using incognito mode. I do agree on the welfare and bailouts part as I'm the type of man that believes in a meritocracy. Parents have mostly shown that they either flat out don't care about the content their sons and daughters consume or are just indifferent to it. Ignoring the many societal and cultural problems TikTok has already induced on the masses, what makes you think that promoting responsibility will honestly change anything? Simply put, we've already tried what you've suggested and in the most blunt way to put it: It's failed.
