  1.  Toni Sara  But isn't it obvious to look at all those things anyway? Is it just Americans who jump to 'oh we better reasign little Jimmy'. I've known two little kids who genuinely were the opposite sex and are happy adults now because of the change. But they went through hell to get there. And all those commonsense steps were taken before reassignment was considered. I live in New Zealand.
