  1.  @dolceanstar  The Unions are always a thorn in the side for Labour. In the late 70's when James Callaghan was the Labour Prime Minister the unions slowly took them over and Labour experienced their infamous "winter of discontent" fiasco and the UK almost became the strike capital of Europe. At the present time unions are being awkward about getting schools to reopen. Sir Keir will find it difficult with the likes of the Union bosses including the UNITE union leader Len McCluskey.

  8.  @dolceanstar  Nice to read your comment it was interesting. I am on the fence about schools, someone made a comment that children can go to Primark but not to school. It seems that children are low risk. I am not against Unions but sometimes they can act in certain ways for political reasons.

  13.  @dolceanstar  How about the Private Care Homes that charge on average £600,00 a week. Also you can throw all the money you like at these services but that will not make staff more caring. You need staff that care from the heart. We have all seen on TV some of the abuse that goes on in some of these homes.
