Phillip Green pays some tax in the UK but his business "Arcadia" is in his wife's name. The rich are not that stupid to stay in the UK and be taxed to the eyeballs under saint Jeremy. Labour, once in power, will be taxing the middle classes like they always do because the super rich will have left the UK.
