In the UK we have the highest death toll in Europe from COVID-19 at 65,000. The UK government made the wearing of masks mandatory in late July and since then we are now having a steep rise in COVID-19 cases and we are now in the middle of a four week lockdown until early December.

@stacymagnusson5683 Viruses by their nature are not meant to be controlled. The Spanish Flu pandemic in 1918 to 1919 killed between 40 to 50 million people worldwide. Our government in the UK made wearing masks mandatory in July and despite this COVID-19 cases are soaring and we are now coming to the end of a four week lockdown.

@stacymagnusson5683 This Pandemic is worldwide and all everybody can do is wear masks in shops on transport etc. hand washing and distancing, there is nothing more that people can do.
