  28. I live close to South Yorkshire and to me this includes Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley and Doncaster. We are having a rise in COVID-19 with Sheffield having 13,951 cases and 409 cases per 100,000, Rotherham has had over 1,000 new COVID-19 cases in the last week. Not sure why the rise because people are wearing masks.
