Sir Keir Starmer was born in Oxted, Surrey which is a sleepy little town and resembles a filming location for "Midsummer Murders" and has a population of just under 13,500 people, not exactly working class Rotherham or Barnsley. The multi millionaire Sir Keir is worth £3 to £4 million and owns 2 homes, a £1.7 million home in Camden and another in Oxted, Surrey worth £600,000. Sir Keir is almost in the same league as Jeremy Corbyn who is worth £3 million. Amazing how wealthy some of these so called "socialists?" are.

@russl9313 I agree. I live in an area of South Yorkshire which is traditionally Labour. However a large majority of people living in these Labour strongholds are now turning their backs on Labour including me which would have been unthinkable in the past. I voted for Boris at the last election.

@russl9313 Yes, you know things are getting to the point of no return when "The Greens" start taking over, lol. I must admit that politics attracts some oddballs and misfits including Jeremy Corbyn and Jess Phillips, i can only think that they are attracted to politics for the easy money, at present all MP's earn £81,932 and this does not include their expenses.
