  3. The Academy has been weakened by the "woke" clap-trap. The fact that The Academy took so much time trying to work out how to proceed after the Will Smith debacle speaks volumes.

  4.  @jtzoltan  In reference to Marlon Brando declining his Oscar i personally thought it was a slap in the face to The Academy, a lot of actors would have been grateful for the award as it is a much coveted award. Marlon Brando could have made his opinion about how the film industry depicted American Indians during his many interviews.
