  1. I mean, cotton is important because you get nasty problems if you wear synthethic stuff all the time. But if Putin is genuienly concerned with the women's problems, which is something I can't imagine, he should have made a PSA about it.

  2.  @caragarcia2307  Exactly, synthethics are for special occassions and they have pretty cotton stuff for everyday. I'm probably TMI-ing, but I also have a pair of birthday-underpants, because whenever people said 'I'm in my birthdaysuit' I thought they actually had a birthday-suit. And since I always want a different dress on my birthday, I couldn't have a birthday-suit/outfit. So I figured birthday-underpants would be nice, so I put colourful bows on the thing, in a row, like a birthday-garland. Nobody knows about it, unless you're in this thread and have read this. I dó think they need to make prettier cotton-undies for women and men, with more prints or funny text on it. Like your grumpy-pants, incase you're upset or your 'smarty' pants for when you have a test at school or a difficult project at work. TLDR: Lingerie is fine on special days, but I do think we need more colourful cotton underwear in this world. Never thought I would back Putin up on something, but here we are.

  3. But isn't it safer to have people drink in public (and be able to be arrested and made to sleep off their drunkishness) than for them to drink at home and perhaps die there? Or am I thinking too much on the human side and not enough on the money-and-police-that-needs-to-arrest-everyone-and-is-busy-enough-already side?

  5. Doesn't it lead to many people using a thing like... Cockney-Rhyming-Slang, for example (but in Russian?) Or euphenisms and rhymewords? A long time ago, in Britain they banned a song that went; "She sits in her Vegetable Garden amongst the Cabbages and Peas (Pees)" and when that was banned, they changed it to Leeks (Leaks.)
