People are wondering why the other rats thought he was disgusting. And yet none of them probably have an old all-time-nudist friend that they comfortably sit and chat with.

Yeah call me a partypooper but I know that humanbabies don't have the ability to understand a video yet. The concept of videocalling is lost on this cow. The mothercow hears/sees the calf and will relax because it makes her think of her own calf. She does not realize it is her calf. Our hyperintelligent dog doesn't realize she is on video, to her it's the same as experiencing a dream, seeing that footage.

Sweetest thing for a dog with such a condition is to NOT BREED THAT BREED in the first place. This is a sick breed and ofcourse there will be deformities. Don't be surprised when his eyes pop out once he runs and trips. Seriously people.

From an overly rational point of view though, you can have a rabbit that is nót dominating the house as well. By allowing him everything and giving him treats for fun without a rewarding system, you have made him the head of the household. That also means you will do whatever he wants and he might snap at you if you disobey. I don't know if that was the right choice, as funny as it seems now.

Had he started breeding with it, he would've knowingly put bad genes in the new puppies. He chose not to. And because it is a puppy, he is now a "bad breeder", which rhymes with mouthbreather, which is most of the vomit-section.

I've had Snuffie, Fleurtje and Mika so far. My sister now has a dog, and I understand why people love dogs, but I would still prefer a rabbit.

It depends on how often you leave the house and whether or not they get bored. Bunnies in the wild often have babies, but they don't have partners. They are known for getting impregnated, birth the babies and then get impregnated by another one, birth the babies, etc. The father never sits in the bunnyhole with the rest of the family. The baby-bunnies are allowed to wander off by themselves, that's why they often get grabbed by the hawks and the buzzards. The mother is busy looking for a new one to mate with. I mean..dogs aren't always paired together either, what exactly is the difference to you, because they dó live in packs, in the wild.

@skyisfalling8173 I heard on QI that thumping is something a human can do back to them as well. Thumping usually means; 'Go away, I don't like this.' My rabbit used to thumb if there was danger, like when our breadbaking-machine was on fire. They use it to signal to each other, but it's not like they will be missing the response to their thumping if nobody listens.

I found the video. It's called: How to protect yourself from a kitten - BBC On 1:55 minutes in that video, she mentions it.

Dó realise that by buying him, you gave the woman the chance to make a new litter. And another one, and another one. You gave her exactly what she wanted. Stop buying from irresponsible breeders and there will be fewer instances of suffering.

I am going to say something to you that is going to hurt, so don't read this if you feel unwell. The idea of a pet outliving you makes you feel happy, because then it saves you from the heartbreak and they will grief on their own. That sounds non-ideal, but sure, each their own opinion. What I was going to say is that you suggested to get a new "pittie" and those get euthanized asap in the shelters. So if you were to die, your pitbull will be dead within weeks, if not days.

Just want to clarify that 'a lot of people dump their bunnies in the forest' doesn't mean that this is something typically Dutch. And it is not accepted and as far as I know, it is not 'common' or more than other countries do it. I'm not at all suggesting it isn't evil or horrible, because it is. I love rabbits. But she said it, as if it was a typical Dutch thing that happens here and that is not the case. Thankyou for reading.

For the good things, yes. But breeding a dog that is known for horrible healthconditions and then insisting it keeps on living with those human-afflicted conditions, seems more cruel in my eyes.
