Was she harassing someone, or was she 'displaying drunkenness', because I still feel like this is a very, forgive me, American way of handling this.
In the Netherlands, the cops would've said; 'Hey Lady, careful alright, we don't want you to hurt yourself, keep it down a bit, have a good evening.'
And the trick is, the people actually listen when you show respect to them.

Lemon, seriously, this is not the right place to go and joke around.
I know you want to shock pople, I know you think this is the way to restore that attention that your parents never gave to you, but you're getting yourself kicked off of Youtube this way and you're hurting the feelings of this strong girl.
Maybe you, Lemon, would quit and give up. You sound like someone who would. I hope you're not, but I'll be honest with you on that one.
But we're all so glad and relievd that Lulu, obviously, ISN'T someone that'd do that.
She overcame this and she will overcome anything in her life. She's shown amazing strength for a young girl. The least you can do Lemon, is respect her, instead of posting bad things out of envy.

Do you mean the scared woman that kept apologizing in her car? And eventually the teary "Sorry, sorry!' became 'Ssshwwubwubwubwub pfff wubwubwubwubbbllllrlll" and the phone went "tssscht" and that was it?
I got chills when I heard that video, I couldn't sleep properly that evening. Imagine the last thing before you die, is being ridiculed and humiliated by a person in a safe and warm dispatcher-room.
One thing though, I need to say this, the dispatcherroom is always full of people, sitting together, you can hear people chatting in the background, phones ringing, some dispatchers speak really fast or have strong accents and seem to be chewing food or eating or chewing gum or something..there is a lot of noise.
The only noise should come from the person in the panicked-situation, you need to have clear and good sound with no whitenoise if you work at the Policestation.
I keep hearing 'pssshhtt' and 'kkggssht' in the backgrounds on all of them. Get better phones, police.

1. Why trash it, it's expensive, you can always wear it again, right?
2. Why trash it, you can give it to your daughter, she might need a dress one day?
3. Why trash it, you can sell the dress, make someone very happy and get money for it?
4. Why trash it?
5. Why in the hell would you trash it?
Even íf your marriage has gone wrong, you séll it, you don't trash it. You don't have to break and burn stuff to feel better about any breakups or divorces.
I think it's even childish, why can't you be a grownup about it?

Yes, about that first part, I agree! I am Dutch and our series were kind and calm. I watched those until I was around 6, I think.
When I watched American cartoons, I started drawing Electric chairs, describing them as; 'the funny hat' that would 'temporarily make someone dizzy and weird with their tongue hanging out and then they chase each other again.'
My mom explained what it was and that we didn't have it, luckily.
But that is so frightening. No truthful consequence...death, but some sortof 'hihi haha, toot toot, bam bam, weep weep, boop boop, byeeee" and then coming back to life right after the electrocution or plunging to your death or getting run over etc.
