  1. I once went on those rides that have a 'couch' that horizontally goes in circles. They call it the Labamba I believe. I was too skinny and with the first move, I got lifted into the air and stuck my arms under the bars, but we went fast. I screamed; 'Stop, I'm falling!' but everyone thought I was joking. People next to me, were holding me down by my clothes and when the ride came to an end, the guy behind the wheel 'suddenly' noticed the people screaming. He somehow (he was an idiot) thought they were saying; 'again!' and so he put the thing on again. It took me a week before I could use my arms properly again. I came up to him at the end and said; 'How could you not have heard me scream for help?' He looked up from his magazine and went; 'Hm? Oh I don't know. Bye.' So now I always check who runs the rides and whether they seem alert or trustworthy. And I ask; What do we signal in emergencies?'
