@Legallyblonde1xo "Not to go back" sometimes it's not that easy. You can't just get a job after having been in prison, or get a house. If you come out of prison and you're homeless and hungry, with a box of your stuff and a Starbucks giftcard that's 10 dollars (if you're lucky) then what would you do?

@dishuuu112 Sometimes getting in jail is easier than you think. Especially if you have to choose between stealing bread and seeing your kids starve.

They had a special Sesamestreet-episode about incarceration. Because só many people are now being incarcerated in the USA that it's insane. It's ridiculous to think that so many lifes are being destroyed and made difficult by this system.

I'd like to recommend the video 'Prisons' from John Oliver, and also Prison re-entry. Lots of things I didn't know about American prisons and how it's made very difficult to stay out of prison.
