There's loads of people outside. She doesn't seem like the kindof person that desperately needs to have someone to validate how great she is all the time. You, on the other hand....

  2. I think the rooster kindof thinks of her as his 'wife/chicken' though, with the posessive staring and guarding and all. But that's very common, they usually claim all females in the room, just like male dogs do, they think of themselves as the head of the group and owner of all the females. However, if she shows him that he has boundaries and doesn't allow him food/places he's not allowed (a.k.a. whenever he tries to be bossy, don't accept that and show him that it's your house) then that's not a problem. He doesn't peck or claw at her, as far as I'm aware.
